• 1 gallon (approx. 12lb) orange blossom honey
• 7 pineapples (approx. 4lb each)
• 2lb sunmaid raisins
• 72 oz (6x12oz) orange juice concentrate
• juice of 6 lemons
• 6tsp orange zest
• 1.5tsp tannin
• 6tsp pectic enzyme
• montrachet yeast
• 5 gallons spring water
• approx. 4lb clover honey

Yield: approx. 6-7 gallons

chopped & cored pineapples into 10 gallon bucket. Added other ingredients and topped off with about 4.5 gallons water.
