  • 4 cups honeysuckle blossoms
  • 3lb clover honey
  • 2tsp acid blend
  • 1tsp pectic enzyme
  • 1tsp grape tannin
  • 1/2lb raisins
  • Montrachet yeast
  • Filtered water
Rinse the honeysuckle blossoms to get rid of contaminants. mix all ingredients in fermenter.
