- 4lb pureed fresh pumpkin (carving pumpkin, frozen then thawed)
- 1 1/2 cup buckwheat honey (raw)
- 4 1/2 cup clover honey
- 1tsp acid blend
- 1tsp pectic enzyme
- Montrachet yeast
- Water to 1 1/2 gallons
- 2 handfuls raisins
